Adam Richman, star of The Travel Channel’s “Man v. Food” television show, attacked six pounds of Alaskan king crab legs using a burgundy colored Sea-Sheller.
Famous for attempting to beat the record(s) for eating massive quantities of food at a multitude of different restaurants around the country, Richman headed to Humpty’s Great Alaskan Alehouse in Anchorage, Alaska to tape the episode which was aired on November 18, 2009.
In this adventure, you can see Adam literally ripping through one massive crab leg after another with ease using one of Spirit’s famous Sea-Shellers. The product is made of sturdy ABS plastic which is the same material used for football helmets. The unique design of the Sea-Sheller enables it to tear through tough shells while leaving the delicate meat intact. Mallets and nutcrackers can’t do that.
