With the specialty nature of our business our products are made to order and not inventoried. The color selection of stock items also requires a make to order format. Terms and lead times are noted below.
Terms & conditions:
Spirit Foodservice Products, Inc. is a manufacturer. We sell our products through Foodservice Distributors, Paper & Equipment Distributors, and Advertising Specialty Distributors. Note that Spirit Fooservice Products, Inc. makes all product to order.
Payment Terms: net 30 days.
Credit cards: We accept Visa or MasterCard payments.
General lead-time:
For plain items or straws that are available at time of order: ship within 48 hours.
For plain items or straws that must be manufactured: ship within 10 business days *
* Depending on size of the order and capacity availability at time of order. Orders will be confirmed with estimated ship dates within 24-hours of receipt
Customers who have not established payment terms would need to do so, or pre-pay the order by check or credit card
Minimum order:
$125.00 net for plain products and straws.
Contact customer service for specific order minimums for printed items.
Standard Colors:
All items are available in the standard color listed, for the minimum order amount of $125.00 worth of product. If you wish to purchase an item in a non-standard color for that item, please see the field marked "Minimum quantity in a non-standard color" for the minimum quanitity required.
Artwork requirements:
All artwork is required to be submitted electronically as vectored art, preferably in an .eps file format. For orders with art submitted in any other format, there is a conversion fee of $45.00 per hour, with a one-hour minimum charge.
Creative design service is available and billed at $45.00 per hour with a one-hour minimum charge.
Speculative samples are not available. Paper proofs are available at no charge
Shipping information:
Carriers are specified by the factory unless otherwise noted on the purchase order. All shipments are FOB factory.
Same-Day Ship Service:
UPS service is available if the product is available. There is an additional $15.00 net same-day ship fee per order. Orders for same-day ship must be received by 2:00 pm local time at shipping location, to be processed that day.
Rush Service:
When rush service is available, there would be an additional $150.00 rush charge added to the order. Please check with Customer Service regarding rush service for your order.
Custom molded items:
New custom molded items require a minimum order quantity of 100,000 pieces and an approximate lead-time of 8-10 weeks, depending on capacity availability at time of order.
Repeat orders for custom molded items, require an average lead-time of 10-15 business days to ship, and a minimum order of 25,000 pieces. Print colors on repeats may vary slightly.

Orders received after 3:00 p.m. local time are considered as received on the following business day
Only plain items & straws can be combined for volume discounts. Imprints or custom molded items cannot be combined for discounts.
Orders are subject to a 10% over/under production run on imprinted and/or custom molded product.
